1. How to reach us

This is a commercial business mailbox. We do not publish or use a home address for company communications.

2. Information we collect

When you request a free resource through our Stan store, we may collect the name and email address you provide. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message. We do not request health information, due dates, or full payment-card details through our free-resource signup.

TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Amazon, Etsy, Stan, Google, and Metricool may collect information through their own services. We generally see account information, order details needed to provide support, and aggregate performance information made available by those platforms.

3. How we use information

We use information you provide to:

• Deliver a resource or product you requested.
• Respond to questions and provide customer support.
• Send pregnancy and motherhood emails only when you separately agreed to receive them.
• Maintain consent, unsubscribe, and suppression records.

We do not sell or rent our email list or provide it to another company for that company's own marketing.

4. Services that help run the company

We currently use Stan for resource delivery and storefront tools; Etsy for digital-product sales; Amazon Associates for affiliate links; Google and Gmail for business email; Metricool for social-media analytics and planning; and TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest for publishing and audience engagement. Each service handles information under its own privacy terms.

Etsy, Stan, and Amazon handle their own checkout, payment, and tracking systems. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

5. Affiliate links

Some recommendations contain affiliate links. We may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase at no additional cost to you. The retailer controls its own cookies, checkout, and customer data.

6. Email consent and unsubscribing

Requesting a free resource does not automatically enroll you in promotional emails. If a signup form separately offers ongoing pregnancy and motherhood emails and you affirmatively agree, we may send a short welcome sequence and occasional relevant updates.

You can stop promotional emails at any time by replying UNSUBSCRIBE. We record the request and suppress future promotional sends unless you actively opt in again.

7. Retention and security

We keep records only as long as reasonably needed to deliver products and resources, provide support, run the company, satisfy recordkeeping obligations, and honor unsubscribe requests. We use mainstream business tools and reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Children's privacy

Our content concerns pregnancy, babies, and motherhood, but it is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact privacy@zeyabv.com if you believe a child submitted information so we can address it.

9. Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information and to withdraw marketing consent. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA and CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information for another company's marketing.

10. International visitors

Visitors outside the United States may have additional rights under local law, including rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of their information and withdraw marketing consent.

We may update this policy when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change. The date at the top will show the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate company channel.
