Privacy Policy

Zeya BV Media is a motherhood media company operated by THB Platinum Financial, LLC and led by Hazel. Here's what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. How to reach us
Questions about this policy or your information? Email privacy@zeyabv.com.
2. Information we collect
When you request a free resource, like the First Trimester Starter Checklist, you enter your email directly on Stan, our storefront platform. Stan processes your name, email address, resource or product activity, and any optional marketing-consent response, including its date and signup source, needed to deliver the file, operate the storefront, and preserve consent records. If you unsubscribe, we also keep a suppression record so the request continues to be honored. If you submit the brand inquiry form on this website, we collect your name, work email, brand name, product or website URL, creative needs, intended usage, timeline, optional budget, and the project details you choose to include. Netlify processes and stores that form submission for us. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to write. We never ask for health information, due dates, or payment details as part of a free-resource signup.
This website uses Google Analytics. Its standard implementation collects visitor and session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, and information about pages and interactions. Google Analytics uses a first-party cookie named _ga to distinguish visitors and sessions. Netlify, our website host, may also process technical data needed to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, device and browser information, referring page, and date and time of access.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- Send you the resource or product you requested.
- Answer your questions and provide support.
- Review and respond to brand and project inquiries.
- Send pregnancy and motherhood emails, but only if you separately opt in, including a short welcome series and occasional updates delivered through Stan.
- Keep track of your consent and unsubscribe requests.
- Measure site use, maintain security, and improve the website.
We never sell or rent your email address to anyone.
4. Services we use
A handful of outside services help us run the business: Stan for our store, resource delivery, free-resource signups, consent records, and—only for people who separately opt in—pregnancy and motherhood email delivery and automation; Etsy for digital products, Amazon Associates for affiliate links, Netlify for website hosting and brand-inquiry forms, Google Analytics for site measurement, Google and Gmail for email, Metricool for social media, and TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest for publishing. Each one handles information under its own privacy policy or service terms.
Etsy, Stan, and Amazon handle their own payments directly. We never see or store your full card number.
5. Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. The retailer handles its own checkout and customer data.
6. Email consent and unsubscribing
Requesting a free resource does not sign you up for marketing emails. If you separately agree to receive them, we may send a short welcome series and occasional updates.
You can stop these emails anytime using the unsubscribe link in the message. We keep the minimum information needed to honor the request and won't send more marketing email unless you opt in again. You can also email privacy@zeyabv.com to withdraw consent or ask about your information.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we reasonably need it, to deliver resources, evaluate and respond to inquiries, provide support, maintain business records, meet legal requirements, and honor unsubscribe requests. Stan-held signup, delivery, consent, and email-engagement records are retained only while reasonably needed for those purposes, our business records, legal requirements, and suppression. We delete or request deletion when the information is no longer needed, while retaining a minimal suppression record when necessary to prevent future marketing. Retention depends on the type of information, why we collected it, and applicable legal or contractual requirements. We use standard business tools and reasonable safeguards, though no method of storage or transmission is ever 100% secure.
8. Children's privacy
Our content is about pregnancy and motherhood, written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child gave us information, email privacy@zeyabv.com and we'll remove it.
9. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, and to withdraw marketing consent. We do not sell personal information for money.
To make a request, email privacy@zeyabv.com. We may ask you to verify your identity first.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because there is not a uniform standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, this website does not currently respond to them. Google Analytics may collect information about activity on this site over time, but we do not place third-party advertising on this website.
10. International visitors
If you're visiting from outside the United States, you may have additional rights under your local laws, including rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict how your information is used.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
